Every detail you provide us will be held in confidence and we will safeguard your information. Your personal or business information will only be used to create career building documents or accept payment for our services.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Terms and Conditions
This website is owned and operated by Revision Resume. This website offers visitors career building documents such as resumes, cover letters and value proposition letters and content services including blogs, webpages, case studies and newsletters. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
So we can determine the best package for you, we ask you fill out the 'request a quote' form on our website or email us at info@revisionresume.com. Revision Resume will communicate with you to learn your specific needs and then send you a quote. If you agree to have Revision Resume create your career building document(s), you will accept the quote. As soon as you accept the quote, an invoice will be sent for you to review and pay. Alternatively, in lieu of sending a quote, we will discuss your options via a Zoom meeting or phone call and agree verbally on the service that is best for you. We will then send you an invoice to review and pay prior to starting work. This process is necessary to ensure we have agreement on the work and the terms for completing the work.
When buying a career building document or business content, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full contract details before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. Note that paid services are non-transferrable.
Our work starts as soon as you pay the invoice and send us your existing resume and any job postings you are interested in. We are unable to provide refunds due to the amount of time and effort that goes into preparing for and conducting our customer-specific Zoom session followed by crafting an individualized career building document. Should you find you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the finished document and we will be happy to make edits to meet your requests.

You will be provided a PDF, Word, and a text-only version allowing you to submit the resume through multiple methods.
Revision Resume also offers Cover Letter, Value Proposition Letter, Reference Lists and other career building documentation. These can be purchased as a bundle or a la carte. Our prices depend on your level of experience (i.e. how much there is to your resume) and what services you need.
